Day 100!

Finally day 100’s sushi. Went all italian themed…

Lunch: Parma ham temari. Also a slice of lemon in them that you might just be able to see.

Dinner: Sundried tomato, pepper, lemon, mozzarella cheese futomaki wrapped in parma ham. Pesto and arrabiata sauce on the side.

So that is all of my 100 days of sushi!

If you’ve enjoyed some of the pictures, recipes, tutorials and articles I’ve posted over the last 100 days, please please consider donating to The Marine Conservation Society at www.justgiving.com/100daysofsushi

I will be posting a few more things in the next few days. Maybe some sort of collage of all of the photos I’ve taken, as well as adding up all my shopping bills to see how much eating sushi for 100 days has cost.

Question is though… what should I eat tomorrow?

Day 97’s dinner: Sushi rice stuffed pepper, with chilli.
A bell pepper would been more logical, but this was all I had in the fridge when the inspiration hit me. =)
